Second question, what do you do when you do inadvertantly get them that way? Is it party time or what???

Some ghosts do get angered. The only thing you can do to try not to get them that way is:
A) if you have a way to get a response from them IE: dowsing rods or whatever- then ask and then try to adjust yourself so that they are more at ease.
B) if you have "the gift" then adjust yourself and feel them out
Like anyone else- you're not going to know unless you actually ask.
I, personally, TRY to piss them off. I get a better response when they're angry. A more powerful one.

Why is there a gobbledygook advertisement?
Residual hauntings don't get pissed because there's no one there. Intelligent hauntings, they can get pissed off. Some start out pissed off. It's why they're still here. Remodeling really pisses them off. Anything that disturbs their existence pisses them off. Challenging them gets them pissed off.
